饲养仓鼠的VR玩家，闲暇时不定期释放仓鼠球。VR可以承受28发豌豆，被打落后，一次性释放大量仓鼠球。
仓鼠球以惊人的速度移动，在场地之间上下碰撞，啃咬面前的植物。好在仓鼠球非常脆弱，只需4发豌豆即可击败。
对抗仓鼠球需要完整的防线，否则很容易被钻到漏洞。大量子弹或是范围伤害也可以用来处理大量的仓鼠球。
仓鼠球僵尸在啃咬时，除非VR被打爆，否则不会释放仓鼠，因此坚果墙一类防御只需植物会很有用。
